Norway:

If you place your order by 13:00 it will be sent out the same day.*

Tracking: Our shipping partner, offers the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while your purchase is on its way. You will receive an SMS/e-mail after your order has been dispatched, follow the link provided and choose from a range of options. Delivery times are provided only as guidelines, and does not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability.

*Due to Covid-19 and In holiday periods with great demand, dispatch date might occur 24 h after you have placed your order.

Your order will be delivered to your door, within 1-2 days. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a text message from Bring telling you your scheduled delivery time. If the delivery time doesn’t suit you, you can change it to a day and time that does, directly on your phone.

Europe:

Service: UPS Standard – 2-5 days

Price: €30

Rest of the world:

Service: UPS Express Saver – 2-5 days

Price: €40

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays). Due to Covid-19 there might be some delays. As soon as your order leaves our office, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Shipping information 

Return policy: 

Envelope1976 has a 14 days return policy. All garments must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid damage. Please fill out the form in the package, and return it to our storage. Returns must be paid by customer.

We will refund your return within 14 days of its arrival, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. If you chose Klarna invoice, we will update your invoice accordingly. If you like, you can log in to My Klarna to pause your invoice while your return is being processed.

We prefer that items are returned through our chosen return service distributor, to ensure that they are protected and insured during the entire process. However you may return the goods by any transport of your choice, but note that you will be liable in case of loss or damage.

To track your return, save the tracking ID on the return shipping label.

Claims:

All items are quality controlled and checked before they are shipped. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at info@envelope1976.com to get your claim approved.

Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive compensation for the cost of fixing an item, a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item including shipping costs.

If the item(s) have a manufacturing fault that occurred within a 12-month time frame after purchase, please contact us immediately. 

After notifying us, we would ask you to follow these steps:

Return process: 

  1. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you, with all identification tags, packaging and seal still attached. If you are unsure whether we will accept your claim; please see the important information section underneath for a complete list of criteria.

  2. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box. Close the box and tape it securely. Print and fill out the return-form sent to you by mail and put this along with the product. NB: It is important that you write down your order number, name, e-mail and reason for the return.
  1. Envelope 1976 will not be responsible for the return shipment to our warehouse.
  1. If your return is accepted upon arrival at our distribution center, your return will be handled/refunded within 14 days from time of arrival of the item.

  2. Please note that the return delivery fee will NOT be refunded. Any items that are being returned must be in perfect condition without any visible signs or damage, and must have the original label attached. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery and we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match with these criteries.

  3. Due to hygienic factors swimwear will not be accepted as returns.

     From Norway:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Send this to our storage at G-Tex.

    From the EU:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Call your local UPS and schedule a convenient time for pick-up, or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point.

     From outside the EU:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the box and/or freight bag that you received your order in, with all tags attached.
  2. Fill out the returns form that you received with your order and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Stick the enclosed returns shipping label over the delivery information.
  4. Fill out three copies of the proforma invoice (and hand them to UPS when they come to pick up the parcel).
  5. Call your local UPS and schedule a convenient time for pick-up, or drop off the parcel at your nearest UPS Access Point.

Exchange:

Purchased items are not exchangeable into a different size and colour. Exchanges are handled in the same manner as a return (as described above). You will have to place another order of your desired product/size and we will ship this to you while your return/refund are being processed. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned and undamaged merchandise, and are based on stock availability.
